Coalition Loom as Sifuna Gives A Glimpse Of What Will Happen Between Linda Mwananchi And Another Faction

In kenyan's political scene, there has been suggestions that the Linda Mwananchi group should join forces with the united alternative government. This talk has attracted different views among leaders that constitute the two respective camps. Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna is one of the leaders who has given his stand on whether the two opposition camps will work together.

The embattled ODM secretary general finally broke his silence concerning the calls by Kenyans, to have Linda Mwananchi group work together with the united alternative government. Speaking in a morning radio interview, the senator said that the push to remove President Ruto from power requires a United front.

In his submission, he said that it is necessary that only two names appear in the presidential ballot paper. He said that President Ruto is a smart politician and that opposition should join hands and form one formidable candidate to face the sitting president. He said that based on the issues that Kenyans are facing, they cannot afford to entertain divisive opposition politics revealing that is is important that one single opposition presidential candidate faces President Ruto.
