It alleged that Uhuru had concerns about Gachagua’s political conduct, his handling of relationships with allies, and his approach to political disagreements.
The document further claimed that Uhuru believed a meeting with the former Deputy President would not be productive.
Kanze Dena Rejects Document
Kanze Dena publicly rejected the statement and clarified that it did not come from the Office of the Fourth President.
Her clarification came after the document circulated widely online and sparked speculation about the relationship between Uhuru Kenyatta and Rigathi Gachagua.
No Official Communication on Meeting
As of Wednesday, August 12, Uhuru’s office had not issued any official communication indicating that Gachagua had requested a meeting with the retired President or that Uhuru had accepted or declined such a request.
