James Orengo has disclosed that he knows Rigathi Gachagua personally due to their long-standing interactions in business and legal matters.
He explained that he has represented Gachagua in several court cases, many of which were successful, and that the two eventually developed a close friendship.
Orengo stated that Gachagua possesses qualities of a strong presidential candidate, provided the courts clear him of the impeachment charges brought against him nearly a year ago.
According to him, a favorable court ruling would allow Gachagua to freely move across the country and continue his political campaigns without restrictions.
He further emphasized that Gachagua should continue defending himself in court, expressing confidence that the judiciary could overturn the impeachment and declare it unconstitutional.
Orengo noted that such a decision would revive Gachagua’s political future and potentially reignite his ambitions of leading the country. He concluded by inviting Kenyans to share their opinions on the matter.
