KRA and Affordable Housing Board Open Multiple Job Positions, Here’s How to Apply

The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) and the Affordable Housing Board (AHB) have announced multiple job opportunities for Kenyans starting March 2. The AHB recruitment aligns with its mandate to develop and provide affordable and institutional housing across the country.

The board has advertised 49 positions, ranging from high-profile roles like General Managers, Architects, and Urban Planners, to entry-level jobs such as Office Assistants and Drivers. The aim is to strengthen administrative operations since its launch in late 2022 by President William Ruto.

Key roles include Corporation Secretary, General Managers for Fund Services and Internal Audit, and Managers for ICT, Planning, and Human Resource Management.

Meanwhile, KRA is seeking Deputy Commissioners and specialized Managers for Revenue, Research, and Corporate Planning departments. Technical roles include Managers for Digital Communication, Data and Big Data Operations, and Quality Master Data Management to improve tax collection and modernize service delivery.

KRA emphasized diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging applicants of all genders, minorities, and persons with disabilities. The Deputy Commissioner application window closes on March 24, and all applications must be submitted online.

The Affordable Housing Board has set a March 17, 5:00 PM deadline for submissions through its portal. Applicants must include a National ID, academic certificates, detailed CV, current remuneration, and three referees. No physical documentation is allowed.

Both institutions warned against fake or misleading documentation, citing automatic disqualification and potential prosecution under the Public Officers Ethics Act. Applicants are urged to comply with official instructions and ensure accurate information to secure consideration for the advertised roles.
