Fresh details have emerged surrounding the death of veteran medic Dr Job Obwaka after his widow revealed that he had expressed fears for his safety before his death.
Speaking about the events leading up to the incident, the widow claimed that a man identified only as “Rono” frequently contacted the late doctor under circumstances she found unusual.
“Somebody called Rono kept calling him all the time… He told me, ‘I think my life is in danger now,’” she recalled.
The statement has added a new layer of intrigue to a case that has already attracted widespread public attention and speculation across the country.
Dr Obwaka’s death shocked many Kenyans due to the unclear circumstances surrounding his final moments. While an autopsy reportedly pointed to cardiac arrest, online discussions and theories have continued to circulate.
