The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) has announced 217 job openings for qualified candidates. The notice was published on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, inviting applications from Kenyans interested in joining the public service.
“Pursuant to Section 13 (2) of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act No. 2 of 2013, the Office has the power to appoint, control, and supervise its staff to promote its objectives,” the notice stated.
Available Positions
The vacancies cover legal, administrative, and operational roles across the ODPP. Available positions include:
Prosecution Counsel: 140
Accountant: 5
Supply Chain Management Officer: 4
Research Officer: 5
Audit Officer: 2
Information Communication Technology Officer: 5
Public Affairs & Corporate Communication Officer: 5
Clerical Officer: 25
Office Assistant III: 26
These positions are aimed at strengthening service delivery in legal prosecution, administration, research, finance, and corporate communication.

All applications must reach the office by March 30, 2026, at 5.00 p.m. East African Time.
