Kitutu Masaba Member of Parliament Clive Ombane Gisairo was involved in a road accident in Kikuyu, on the outskirts of Nairobi.
Witnesses and doctors say the ODM legislator's life is not in danger, though he is shaken by the incident.
The circumstances of the accident, including how it happened and whether other vehicles or people were involved, have not been made public. Police have not yet issued a statement.
Mr Gisairo was elected on an ODM ticket in 2022. He was last reported at a public participation forum on education bills at Murang'a University of Technology on September 25, 2026.
